By accessing this website or booking services with Ctrl Alt Duby, LLC, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please contact us before scheduling service.

1. Services Provided

Ctrl Alt Duby, LLC offers a range of IT, computer repair, and cybersecurity solutions, including but not limited to:

  • Network & IT Solutions: Setup, optimization, and firewall configuration.

  • Hardware & Repair: Diagnostics, upgrades, and PC optimization.

  • Security Services: Malware removal, antivirus setup, and elite cyber defense.

  • On-Site Support: House calls are available; additional travel fees may apply based on distance.

2. Diagnostics, Estimates, and Payments

  • Diagnostic Fee: A $50 fee applies to most repairs, which is credited toward your final bill if you proceed with the service.

  • Approval: No work beyond initial diagnostics will be performed without client approval.

  • Payment Due: Payment is required upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

3. Data Integrity and Backups

  • Storage Devices: For maximum reliability, only approved and tested storage devices are used for backups.

  • Liability: Ctrl Alt Duby, LLC is not responsible for pre-existing data corruption, hardware failure, or data loss occurring outside the scope of our direct service. Clients are encouraged to maintain independent backups.

4. Warranty and Liability

  • Workmanship Warranty: We provide a 30-day warranty on workmanship unless otherwise specified in your service summary.

  • Limitation of Liability: We are not responsible for indirect damages or pre-existing issues. While we strive for perfection, we cannot guarantee 100% prevention of future hardware failures or cyber threats.

  • Inherent Risks: Clients acknowledge that opening devices or performing repairs carries inherent risks; by requesting service, you consent to proceed with these risks understood.

5. Scheduling and Cancellations

  • Notice: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling.

  • Fees: Last-minute cancellations or after-hours emergency calls may incur additional fees based on availability.
